What days of the week do you deliver newspapers?
- We deliver newspapers 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
What time will my newspaper be delivered?
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and route. However, we aim to deliver newspapers and magazines between 5am - 8:30am.
Which areas do you currently offer delivery service to?
- Tavistock, Horrabridge, Dousland, Crapstone, Buckland Monachorum and parts of Yelverton.
How much do you charge for delivery?
- Our standard rate is £0.50 per day.
How do I pay for my newspaper delivery?
- We offer a variety of payment options, including direct debit, cheque, cash and automatic bank transfer. You can choose the payment method that is most convenient for you.
Do you accept newspaper vouchers?
- We do accept newspaper subscription vouchers.
How do I report missing or damaged newspaper?
- You can report a missing or damaged newspaper by calling our customer service team or sending us a email. We will investigate the issue and ensure that a replacement paper is delivered to you as soon as possible.
How do I suspend my delivery while I am on holiday?
- You can suspend your delivery by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We will temporarily stop your delivery and resume it when you return from your holiday.
